All returns must be purchased from a Vince Full Price Retail Store or vince.com. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, full-price merchandise, as well as shoes with their original shoe box, in saleable condition with original tags attached for a refund within 30 days of purchase date at any Vince Retail Store or at vince.com. Items marked as “Final Sale” are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Original invoice or receipt must accompany your return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, except for transactions with cash, which will be made in the form of a mailed check or store gift card. Mailed checks may take up to 14 days for processing. Items with gift receipts are eligible for refund in the form of a store credit.
Vince Full Price Retail Stores will not accept merchandise purchased at Vince Outlet or other retailers.
We offer a onetime price adjustment for full-price purchases within 14 days of purchase. The item(s) must be marked down in a Vince Full Price Retail Store or at vince.com and Outlet Prices do not apply.
